Woodland F(r)iend watercolour and ink

A new little watercolour, ink, and gouache piece.  For this piece (and a lot of my others, more and more) I did initial washes in watercolour to work out my colours, then built up depth by mixing my watercolours with gouache for an opaque technique.  I love the soft, bright look this method gives the colours.  (Plus it allows me to paint over areas I don't like, so it's far more forgiving than straight-up watercolour! XD)
