Really! I'm not only doing the embossed metal pieces lately. I actually have another large koi fish under way, as well as an owl painting done in the same style as the black birds. I also have another round of Forumwarz emo kid illustrations due in the next few weeks. There's another crowd scene painting, too, that's nearing completion, and I have a completely new painting series that I'm looking forward to starting.
The embossed pieces are fun though, and I can sell them at a much lower price point than a fully-realized, wholly original painting. With my gallery sales dropping to a depressing low this year (I assume and hope that the recession is mostly to blame), little pieces like these make good impulse buys for people.
I swear I'll have some new and different things up in the next few weeks! Bear with me!

Thinking hurts.
Thank you for all the favourites, and for watching!

This weather's bringing it all back again. Great adventures, faces and condensation. I'm going outside to take it all in.

I especially love that you followed Lovecraft's original idea for the piece so closely, while still making it your own. My favourite Cthulhu sculpture yet!
